Organisational Coaching

We offer one-on-one career and life coaching for people who want to take their personal and professional ambitions to the next level. Our coaches are certified and ready to give you the edge in the marketplace.

Coaching for veterans

We understand the importance of supporting Defence members who are transitioning from permanent ADF service. We provide professional coaching and mentoring services to current/future Defence veterans free-of-charge so they can find the pathway to the employment they want.

Cowork Coplay community programs

Cowork Coplay gives the partners of current- and ex-serving Defence members a new, exciting option for career development and community connection.

We provide that all-too-elusive time and a supportive environment to pursue meaningful career and employment projects, participate in self-development and wellbeing activities and be part of a supportive, inclusive community.
